For brands, agencies & production teams
For new memberships: three monthly billing periods minimum, followed by monthly renewal. In-app cancellation counts as written notice; membership ends at the first billing boundary after both the minimum term and 30 calendar days’ notice. Review your actual end date and remaining scheduled fees before submitting notice. No refunds, proration, rollover or annual pause. Existing agreements retain their terms. Creator and Studio Pro are for individuals; brands, agencies and production teams require Brand Partner approval before online payment.

How does access work?
Choose your start and end time, or explore a monthly membership. Your reserved session is private. Ask the team about access and arrival before your shoot.
What gear comes with a membership?
Every membership includes studio cart essentials. New Creator memberships receive 10% off all in-house equipment rentals and the $350 lighting package. Studio Pro and Brand Partner include the lighting package plus lighting, grip, modifiers, monitors and support equipment; camera bodies and lenses are excluded. All equipment is subject to availability.
Can I come see the space?
Yes. Tours typically take 15–20 minutes and are a chance to see the sets, equipment, and prep rooms before joining.
Can I host an event?
Public and ticketed events require a separate agreement with Cuento. Contact the studio to discuss your plans.
