Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Explore and set up your studio without a card. You cannot accept real payments until you activate a paid plan and turn on real bookings.
Do renters need a membership?
No. Renters can pay per booking. Members can use eligible hours from a membership billed through Pilotare or paid elsewhere and approved by you. See how memberships work.
Can I offer sessions I host myself?
Yes. Create an offering for family photos, headshots, or other sessions with you. Set the price, session length, turnaround time, and event dates. Guests choose an available slot, accept your policy, and pay online. Each slot accepts one booking; drafts stay private until you publish.
Can I keep my website and switch gradually?
Yes. Keep your website and add a booking link or time selector. Import customer contacts and eligible members by CSV; existing reservations and subscriptions need a separate transition. Read the switching guide.
Will Pilotare bring me new customers?
Pilotare helps manage the customers you bring. It does not provide marketplace traffic.
