Try a booking before going live.

A practice booking, from the renter’s side.

1. Create your studio workspace, add a space, and check its rates and booking rules.
2. Open Billing & payments → Practice payments. Connect the separate Stripe practice account using the controls there.
3. Use the practice booking link shown after that connection is ready. Choose a time, enter example renter details, review the agreement, and continue to Stripe’s test checkout.
4. Use Stripe’s published test payment details—never a real card. Check the booking and payment result back in Pilotare.

No real money moves in practice mode. It verifies the checkout flow and payment records; it does not prove that a real payment or bank payout will succeed. Real bookings require a paid Pilotare plan, live Stripe verification, and real bookings enabled.
